The Eye of Ra is a symbol of the sun. It is personified by several Egyptian goddesses, such as Wadjet, Sekhmet, Hathor, Bastet, and Mut. It was represented through a sun disc encircled by two uraeus cobras. The symbol has been inscribed on walls and worn as amulets for protection.
This unique Eye of Ra has a high polish finish with antiquing to highlight the details. The pendant looks like an ancient Egyptian relic just pulled from the sand. It is in the shape of a broken limestone slab and has a hieroglyphic design behind the Eye of Ra.
This pendant (without bail) approximately measures 35mm long x 29mm wide at the base x 3.5mm thick. The bail can accommodate a chain or cord necklace up to 6mm wide.
